Everything was very nice and I can’t say enough about the hospitality from CDG.  I believe the face to face interaction with other users is most beneficial as it offers opportunity to hear what others are doing to keep up with the constant changes in our industry.  I come away from those every year with better ideas on how to do things. 

It is therapeutic to meet with other CABS folks. With all the changes in our "industry," it is helpful to talk face-to-face with CDG folks, consultants like Jon Jones and other CDG CABS users. The insight from all of those people’s expertise is huge. The user conference is definitely worth the time.

I had a great time. As always, it is great to be able to speak face to face with the hard working folks at CDG. The networking opportunities with the other attendees are also one of the great benefits of the conference.

I really enjoyed seeing your facilities and spending time after the conference with CDG employees and other Carriers.

[I] went to the help area and they answered all of my concerns. Showed me some shortcuts, too.
