Conference Webinar Platform - Crowdcast

All sessions for this year's conference will be broadcast using the Crowdcast webinar platform. When you register, you will be given a short Crowdcast user tutorial. If you would like to know more, check out this helpful guide to Crowdcast. It is a pretty simple and easy-to-use system. Also, here are the recommended minimum requirements to attend an event.

There is just one link for registering and accessing the event. Once you are registered, you just need to click the registration link to access the event.

Some Crowdcast Tips

  • The recommended browsers are Chrome and Firefox. Do not use Internet Explorer (IE).
  • There is no dial-in number for the audio. Attendees must use their computer audio.
  • Presenters cannot see or hear attendees in the audience. Your camera and mic will not be on when you are in the audience.
  • Your camera and mic will only be used if you accept an invitation up to the stage. It's recommended that all attendees test their computer camera and microphone just in case you come up on the stage. Test Your Camera and Mic
